Suggestions

The NGO has taken a lead in giving suggestions to the proposed amendments to the ‘Indecent’ Representation of women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 as sought by the Human Resources Ministry, through press release (Hindustan Times dt. 17.01.2013) after which my client, Mrs. Nanita Sharma was invited to give oral evidence and suggestions with regard to the same before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Human Resources Development.
